  • Physicochemical and Microbiological Analysis: Chemical and Microbiological tests based on Chilean and international standards such as: AOAC, ISO, and AOCS.
  • Collective Feeding: Food Services Monitoring, which boards infrastructure checking, raw materials control, handler control, environment control, pre cooked food and supplier control.
  • Nutritional Labeling: chemical tests relevant to quantify food nutrients. Among these tests we find: Proteins, Total Fat, Available Carbohydrates, Energy, Total Diet Fiber, Soluble an non soluble Diet Fiber.

Furthermore, Sodium, Saturated. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated Fat, Fatty acids and cholesterol analyses are elaborated.
