PAC and POS Verification

Established verifications are done for every industry within its Program of Quality Assurance, which include physical, chemical and microbiological tests of end products, Water, Ice, Surfaces, Handlers and others.

Shipment Services

Inspections activities developed by client request, in the moment the products are being loaded (transfer into the country or for exportation as well) These activities are done inside plant storages or cold storage chambers and in some occasions, depending on the shipped product, besides the vessel in the ports.

  • Weight Control: Check the weight of the cargo once concluded (container, truck)
  • Stowage: Control the correct arrangement of the cargo, whether inside the container or over a truck platform, in order to protect it against possible damages during the transfer or the voyage.

Storage Aptitude

The Division offers checking into conditions of cleaning, sealing, etc in places where products should be placed, such as storages, containers, etc.

Heat Penetration Studies

One of the most traditional methods of food preservation is heat application; Cesmec provides this service throughout the country, contributing a beneficial tool to industry regarding the concept of Food Safety, which refers to assure the delivery of any product to its end consumer with no health risk.

Cesmec, in order to always offer the best services, provides Wireless Thermocouples of Cupper, which allow fast measurement of temperature variations in the cold point of a canned product, with a precision of 0.05°C, they also operate under extreme conditions with no loss of captured information.
