Works Technique Inspection
The Law on Construction Quality and the quality policy promoted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, provide a framework for greater demands and challenges to the efforts of SERVIU as construction principal organism. In this context, the works technical inspection takes on particular importance, it needs to be strengthened in a number of respects.
The manual of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has been developed to meet the following requirements: effective works technique inspection and the need of tools for planning and control, for administrative and technical aspects of the works. Both factors will enable the systematic application of criteria and procedures in carrying out this work.
