The massive expansion of the industrial activities has grown a mayor interest and concern among authorities and society regarding environment protection. On the other hand, industries persist in the search of a sustainable development, in order to achieve harmony with the surroundings and generate the expected economic revenues.

The Chemical Analysis Division has a multidisciplinary team oriented to advise companies on environmental subjects, which implies from making the chemical analysis and the interpretation of them with the norm, down to sampling plans making and hazardous wastes management, based mainly on the Supreme Order 148 MINSAL/2003 (Sanitary regulation about dangerous remainders handling)

On the Environmental Area of CESMEC Chemical Analysis Division, the following services are provided:
